Practitioner performing medical-grade microneedling treatment on client's facial skin at KM Advanced Skin Palmerston North

Signature Microneedling

Medical-grade collagen induction therapy that resurfaces skin texture, reduces scarring, and triggers the skin's own repair mechanisms.

Microneedling

Medical-grade collagen induction therapy that works deep within the skin to stimulate collagen production and dermal remodelling. As collagen levels naturally decline with age, microneedling helps activate the skin's regenerative response, supporting firmer, healthier, more youthful-looking skin. It is highly effective for improving fine lines, texture, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and acne scarring while restoring strength and resilience to ageing skin.

KM Advanced Skin's Microneedling offers optional add-ons of an INNOAESTHETICS® Targeted Ampoule and/or extending to the Neck & Décolletage.

Benefits

  • Stimulates natural collagen and elastin production

  • Reduces acne scarring and post-inflammatory pigmntation marks

  • Refines skin texture and minimises pore appearance

  • Improves fine lines and early skin laxity

  • Enhances penetration of active serums during treatment

  • Suitable for most skin types including darker tones

Who it's for

Microneedling is ideal for clients wanting to improve skin texture, firmness, and overall skin quality. It is highly effective for addressing fine lines, early signs of ageing, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, dull skin, and acne scarring. Particularly beneficial for those who have reached a plateau with topical skincare alone and are ready for a more advanced collagen-stimulating treatment. Suitable for adults of all ages, from early prevention through to mature skin rejuvenation.

Practioner notes

If I could recommend just one treatment for overall skin rejuvenation, it would be microneedling. Its versatility is what makes it so remarkable—whether we're treating ageing skin, pigmentation, enlarged pores, acne scarring or loss of firmness. By combining it with clinically advanced serums, Exosomes or PDRN, we can achieve results that are both natural and long-lasting.
