Using targeted plasma energy, tiny micro-trauma points are created on the skin’s surface to encourage tightening and skin renewal over time. Ideal for concerns such as loose skin, fine lines, wrinkles, hooded eyelids, and crepey texture, this advanced treatment offers noticeable results with minimal downtime and long-lasting skin improvement.
Unlike lasers, plasma targets the epidermis directly, making it highly precise for delicate areas such as the upper and lower eyelids, perioral lines, and jowls. The result is a measurable tightening and lifting effect, without excision, anaesthesia, or surgical recovery.

Particularly effective for upper and lower eyelid tightening
Softens deep expression lines and perioral wrinkles
Improves crepey, loose skin with visible firming
Precise treatment suitable for small or delicate areas
Long-lasting results as collagen remodelling continues for up to 12 months
Availability of Lesion Removal Treatments
Skin tag removal, broken capillaries, strawberry haemangiomas, cherry angiomas, seborrhoeic keratoses, and other benign skin lesions can be treated using Plasma Fibroblast technology where clinically appropriate. Suitability is confirmed through consultation to ensure safe, effective treatment and optimal cosmetic outcomes. Not all lesions are suitable for plasma-based removal.
Who it's for
Suitable for clients seeking non-surgical skin tightening and resurfacing. Plasma Fibroblast targets deeper scarring, stretch marks, and significant laxity (Fitzpatrick I–III). Plasma Skin Tightening is ideal for mild to moderate laxity around eyes, mouth, neck, and jawline, offering a blepharoplasty alternative for fair to medium skin tones.
Practioner notes
Plasma Fibroblast Skin Tightening is an advanced, non-surgical treatment that delivers significant skin tightening and texture improvement by stimulating controlled tissue retraction. Particularly effective around the eyes, it offers a refined alternative to blepharoplasty. While downtime is required, the long-term lifting and rejuvenation results can be remarkably transformative.

Preparation instructions
Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 4 weeks prior to treatment, and ensure the skin is free from active infection or inflammation. Arrive with clean, make-up-free skin. A topical anaesthetic is applied in-clinic (allow 30–45 minutes) for maximum comfort. Avoid blood-thinning supplements for 5 days if medically appropriate, and advise your practitioner of any previous eye surgery before eyelid treatments.
Aftercare instructions
Small carbon-dot scabs will form and naturally shed within 5–10 days—do not pick or remove them. Keep the area clean and dry, applying only practitioner-recommended healing products. Swelling, particularly around the eyes, is common for 2–5 days. Avoid makeup, heat, saunas, and strenuous exercise until healing is complete. Once healed, daily SPF 50+ is essential to minimise the risk of post-treatment pigmentation.
