For new clients, consultation time will be built in to your appointment, unless you request a stand alone consultation which is $50 and redeemable on skin treatments booked on the day. For lash and brow services, this is included within your booking. For advanced skin treatments or microblading, a separate consultation may be recommended to allow for a more in-depth discussion, skin assessment, and treatment planning. This ensures you receive safe, effective care tailored to your skin. These one-on-one appointments provide the opportunity to ask questions, explore options, and receive tailored recommendations. Consultations are $50 and are fully redeemable against any treatment booked following your appointment. Some treatments require a deposit to secure your appointment. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee, as outlined in our booking policies. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our policies.
