Booking & Cancellation Policies
We value your time and ours, and kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.
Deposit Policy
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for longer or higher-value treatments. Deposits are applied toward your treatment total on the day of your appointment.
Consultation
For consultations, a $50 fee applies. This is redeemable toward treatment when you proceed with a booking on the same day, excluding microblading services. For more information, visit our Consultation page.
Reschedule
If you need to reschedule, we encourage you to do so as early as possible. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients (you will still pay full price). In some cases, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
Missed Appointments
Missed appointments may incur a fee of up to 50% of the treatment value which will need to be settled before being able to rebook. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

All bookings are managed through Fresha, and by confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these policies.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time to settle in before your appointment begins. Parking details and clinic location information will be provided with your booking confirmation.

Health, Safety, and Pre-Treatment Care

Preparation Guidelines
Preparation guidelines may vary depending on your treatment. As a general guide, we recommend avoiding sun exposure, active skincare ingredients such as retinol or acids, and other skin treatments in the days leading up to your appointment.

Clients must meet the minimum age requirement for specific treatments. If you are unsure, please contact us prior to booking.
Post-Treatment Aftercare
Following your treatment, you will be provided with personalised aftercare instructions to support optimal results and minimise the risk of irritation or complications.
It is normal to experience temporary redness, sensitivity, or mild swelling depending on the treatment performed. These effects typically settle within a few hours to a few days.
For more advanced treatments, you may experience light peeling, dryness, or sensitivity as your skin renews. This is a natural part of the process and will be explained in detail before and after your appointment.

Pricing & Payment
We aim to maintain transparency across all services and pricing. Treatment costs will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation and will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

Prices are subject to change; however, confirmed bookings will always be honoured at the agreed rate.
We accept a range of payment methods, including EFTPOS, Afterpay and major credit cards. Full payment is required on the day of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.
